At least that's what my last experience was. I was looking to get a few parts. Checked ron Ayers and partzilla on price. Partzilla just a couple bucks less so I placed the order with expedited shipping yesterday. Last time I did that, still took almost a week to come from Georgia to NY. I forgot a part and called them to see if they could add it. Talked to a cs rep and he said it would be added and done I chose expedited shipping, he would upgrade the shipping and ill have it on Wed. Got the tracking today and he was right:). Excellent service in my opinion

I ordered some fasteners from partzilla on a thursday, got ny order processed email friday, then no shipping confirmation. I was going to call monday and then my wife hands me a honda package. I was suprised to see it was my parts.

I've had great luck with Partzilla also......quick delivery and good customer service.
Much better than the old Bike Bandit was, which I believe is now out of business?

Revzilla now also carries OEM parts and I've always had good service from them, so might try them next time just to see how it goes.

I googled it... they are owned by the same parent company, but are considered different companies otherwise.
Quote from google...

RevZilla and Partzilla are not the same company, but they share the same parent company, Comoto Holdings.

  • Comoto Holdings: owns a few brands, including RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles.
  • Partzilla is a subsidiary of Outdoor Network Group
  • RevZilla specializes in online motorcycle gear sales.
  • Partzilla focuses on motorcycle parts and accessories.
