    Well, I watched the Cruiserman video about installing a Macguyver bellypan and in the process of installing it, I over torqued one of the acorn nuts and snapped it off of one of the bolts. Does anyone know what's involved in fixing this issue? Have I made a really expensive mistake????

    Does the two-piece belly pan that Wing Stuff sells fit the 2012? I specifically asked when I ordered it and was assured it did, but the main belly section seems too wide for the mounting bolts (half inch or so). It's thin enough to bow to make it fit, but I would think that would defeat the...

    I have a 2010 GL1800. Is there any problem in using a standard motorcycle lift to raise up a Wing so it can be worked on and cleaned? I am thinking of installing a belly pan. Is a Wing with a belly pan compatible with a lift? Thanks

    Ok guys, St. Nick brought me a stainless two piece belly pan from Wingstuff for my 06. I took the two nuts off the left side, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the two slots over the bolts. I can't get the side panel to move at all.     Can someone tell me why you would install a belly pan? I have the 2002 GL1800 and am wondering if it's worth installing. Also, where do you recommend purchasing from? Aluminum or steel? Aluminum is obviously lighter, but would it work for the use? Thanks.
