This is my second time changing air filter. Put everything back on,Crank but not start. No Fl light on, no activity of gas pump. Towed the bike to a shop. 3 months later, they still not fixed. I was told ECM was changed, not working. Finally they gave up. Plz help me.

You need to find a better shop. Any reputable repair facility should be able to identify what the problem is. Is this a Honda dealership??

Called the dealership in Bronx NY yesterday. they said my bike too old. They would not working on it. Another dealership in Queens NY told me very busy right now, call back month later may take it.

Check the intake air temp probe and make sure you plugged it back in and that the wires on the connector didn't get damaged.

I left my bank angle sensor unplugged and had no start condition. Small connector under right side faring pocket.

That was going to be my guess.
Brother in law had same problem and it was his bank angle sensor.

Take her back apart and re check your work. And check what Fred tells you. If it ran fine before the filter change and didn't after the change you could have re check your work before giving it to a dealer who doesn't know wings.
