1500 oil in front forks
Im going to help a friend change fork seals and progresive springs cant find in manuals what they recomend for oil . Fork oil seems awful expensive.

What grade of oil or do you have to use shock oil.
Jack, with stock springs 10 weight fork oil, if your going with Progressive springs then go to 15 weight fork oil. How much oil? I think that changed in 1996, older bikes set the oil level at 9.4" newer set at 7.2" or it might be 7.4".
