You need to find a different dealer if your dealer is telling you that Honda is going to replace a Gold Wing frame that is not cracked. This guy telling you this surely doesn't belong in the service department. Why would Honda spend thousands of dollars to replace a frame that is not cracked...that's not going to happen :lol:
