I purchased my 2005 with a Corbin Saddle and just received my new Hartco. Jim Hart said to use the stock seat grommets ( plugs ? ) when attaching the seat to the bike. I ordered a set from my local dealer and received four machines aluminum bushings to place in the seat. Are these bushings all I need or are there rubber bushings that are supposed to to surround them?
Haven't removed the Hartco to install the bushings but I recall my GL 1500 having rubber around the aluminum bushing. Do I have all I need? Dealer said that's all they know of.
Thanks for your help.

You're missing

RUBBER, SEAT MOUNTING
77215-MCA-000

What you have is

COLLAR, SEAT MOUNTING
90504-MCA-000

Both are needed, but shouldn't they be in the seat you have on the bike now?

When you bet the rubber collars and mount the Hartco saddle, you may want to try what I did.
I put a little Goop adhesive in the rubber bushings to hold them in the saddle frame. Now every time I remove the saddle, the bushings remain in the saddle frame and this also makes reinstallation much much easierI
