WHAT'S THE PLAN

It matters not if you can come for one afternoon, or for all the days, just come and join in.

Thursday night will be a free welcome dinner in the hotel lounge area, 5pm.

Friday evening meal at the Monte Ne Inn, 6pm. They serve family style fried chicken and all the sides, for about $10. It is a self pay.

Parking lot meet and greet the entire weekend. Bring your own stories to swap.

The hotel will open their bar area each evening as well. Very limited selection of beer and wine.

This is a dry county, so bring your adult beverages with you, there are adult beverage stores at exit 73 from I-540, and on I-540 at the Missouri state line.

There are no formal rides, however there are always a variety of small groups that form up. Feel free to choose one that interests your stamina, speed, and attractions. A great place to find rides is the breakfast area, each morning. Ride within your limits, and be safe.

COSTS

There are ZERO fees, to attend.

No special rules, no club, armbands, raffles, begging. Everyone is welcome.

There is a double your money back on fees warranty for less than perfect weather.

EVENT HISTORY

We started our first ride-in 5 years ago in Wisconsin Dells,Wisconsin. As soon as we moved to Arkansas, we knew we had to continue. The sole purpose is for us to give back a little, for all the fun we had at other Goldwing events, over the years.

In 2009 there were 27 states represented, in 2010 it was 26 states, it is a great chance to meet some new friends, and as well as some of the OLD ones.
