Wow! I love that 2-tone Gold. I miss my 2006 gold. And that one is highly reminiscent of the 1985 Limited Edition. I wanted to do that with my 2006 but never did.

I have some thinking to do. I just wish it came with the Airbag... Can't have it all, I guess.

I can't see an anniversary badge in the pics.

Besides the 1985 wing, the same color scheme was offered on the 1991 GL1500.

While I haven't red through all the replies, the Gold/dark color combo is remenisnt with certain GL1500s. I can't remember the years but they had that almost same paint scheme. I still like those and, I like the new version too.

That color scheme appeared on the 1985 GL1200 and the 1991 GL1500.
