So in order to get rims that are NOT Black you need to get Gold?

What happened to "The 50th anniversary Honda Gold Wing isn't an upgrade. It's an up-up-and-away grade."??????? 🤭
Wireless CP is the only improvement.......pretty lackluster for 50th anniversary IMHO.

Since it looks like they eliminated the built-in Navi for 2025........guess our chances of 2018 - 2024 owners getting an Navi update is next to none.

NO motorcycle EVER sold ANYWHERE satisfied everyone-ever ! If you don’t like the colors buy one new from a dealership that offers custom paint jobs, don’t like the seat- get a seat that you like. Don’t like the Nav system- upgrade to what you like and on and so on.
Or perhaps motorcycle ownership is just not your thing anymore (or never was) but for me I LOVE my 2019 GL 1800 and plan on riding the wheels off it

I don't think anyone here said they don't like their 2018+ Goldwing........
Most of us just expected MUCH more for a 2025 50th anniversary model.........especially since Honda seemed to tease and insinuate it was going to be something over the top.

I don't know what Honda was thinking with the gold station wagon wood panel paint job..that is the ugliest paint job yet on the latest Gold Wing..I would even buy the primer painted bikes before I would ever buy the station wagon paint. Honda has really lost touch with its customers...why can't Honda paint with shiny bright colors anymore like they used to.

Kind of surprised to hear you say that...........A primer bike or blacked out bike will NEVER be in my garage........NEVER!
The 2025 Gold is not bad, but I admit they messed up with the 2-tone brown......makes it look like.........ahem........50-years old! 🤭

I could live with its though......I could NOT live with a primer bike or blacked out bike. At least the Gold bike has aluminum (silver) rims!

For all the hype, speculation and hope the 2025 is really quite sad. Kind of like wishing for a BB gun at Christmas and getting a squirt gun instead, or wanting a pocket knife and being given a harmonica. Mediocrity is alive and well at Honda Motorcycles, but $1,000 extra for a comfortable seat is almost too much to believe. The plus side is now I don't have to fight the eternal battle of wanting a new motorcycle. My 2023 still has a secure home....

I said this before, but I seriously think the number crunchers at Honda will shut down production of the Goldwing soon.
Writing is on the wall.......Honda will not put a ton of R&D into a bike that sells, what, maybe 10K units per year?

Sad to say, but I see the end coming.........ala GWRRA.

As far as I can see, the GPS map looks exactly as the old OEM display.
It shows the location, where the show took place (Wels/Austria). You can see the satellite sign and the compass arrow on the top left and the scale down below.
But the temperature gauge looks weird (the engine is going to grenade) and no sign of a connected headset.

DCT display is out to lunch also.......looks like it's in walking mode, but I didn't think you could do that without the bike running.
......maybe a 2025 preproduction bike???

So is that silver front top fairing panel on the gold bike now a separate part or is that a 2 tone paint job ? It looks like a multi panels now on the gold bike.

I thought it was kind of weird when I first saw it.......
So it's not a 2-tone.....it actually has 3 different colors.....Gold, Brown, and silver.

Would have to see it in person to see if it works.......
