I have a garmin 376C and have had it for about a year now. All of a sudden the xm radio cut off and I found that I had the message under raio status-"No subscription" I have called xm 4 times and sent them 2 emails all with no results. I have the three teaser channels and a strong xm signal. The people that I talked to at xm said that yes I had a subscription. Has anyone else encounterd this problem? I also have talked with xm folks in india , the phillipienes and it sounded like Tn or Ky. They were all very polite but so what if they do not deliver. The tech people that I have sent 2 eamils too have not bothered to respond yet. the sailer weather went out first. That is now running but I had not asked for that to resume but I will leave enough alone for now. thanks

Raise holy crap. Demand a supervisor get on the phone. You are getting a signal from them. Just not the right one. Tell them that. Otherwise you would not be getting the 3 channels. They more than likely need to do a ping. Actually you can do that online. Do you have an account you can log on too at XM? Its called manage my account.

The XM site to refresh your radio is now up again. The URL is:

http://refresh.xmradio.com/

( http://xmradio.com/refresh also works )

Just follow the directions given and within 20 minutes you're usually good-to-go.

Otherwise, call 1-800-852-9696, option 2 and ask them to just 'refresh' the radio. They will ask for your radio ID from channel one to do this. After they initiate the refresh (within 20 minutes) you can then select the channel you want to listen to.

Let me know if this works out for you.

P.S. The original Roady, if it was made in 2003, was not shielded and will not play nice with a GPS nearby.
