I'm going to change the oil in a 1500 later this evening. It will be a first for me. Is there anything I need to know.
Plus,

Where is the oil filter located?
Capacity?
Final Drive drain plug?

If it's as easy os the 1800, then I shouldn't have a problem location everything.
I've changed oil in my 1800 many times.

Me thinks that the engine oil on the 1500 is in a different position that the 1800. The 1800 is on the front of the oil pan facing forward, the 1500 is also in the front of the oil pan, but it is pointing downward. I hope this helps. Good wrenching.
