Mine is an ‘05, when you look up the Honda part numbers, there are 2 numbers for relay #8 and 2 numbers for relay #10. It’s in the battery section. Would anyone know of a difference between the 2?

They do not show good pic’s of them so it is hard to tell from the parts search if they have any differences.

My 35850-MCA-003 has the white connector, and the 35850-MZO-J10 has the red connector. Like I said I just can’t see why 2 different ones for the same bike.

Does anybody know??

...easier approach would be to buy one of each (A + B), because if one goes out, then the other will soon thereafter (since both get identical amount of wear)

Yup, I already have the pair of them. With the numbers I listed. But why 2 different numbers for the same part, same application, and they don’t give us a note that one supersedes the other. Both are available. Cost the same too.

I believe one is for the reverse circuit and the other for the regular starter circuit The Dr. or FredH would be able to explain in more details...

I hope this ads the clarity I’m trying to convey. 2#8-same price different numbers, and #10 again to different numbers for the same application.
