I went with this Voltmeter
It mounts nicely on the right side next to my heated grip control.

I use the voltmeter on my Garmin 478. I know the 376 and 378 have it as well. I can't tell you about the other models.
If you are going to add a GPS, you might want to spend the money on one of these models.

Just a suggestion.

My Lowrance iWay500 GPS has an on screen voltage readout. In addition, (in case the GPS isn't on), I have an Electrical Connection LED battery monitor. ( p/n 04101). Click link below to see it installed. Green/battery good...Yellow/ battery weak...Red/battery low. Works for me.

Same here. My Garmin 276c tells me the voltage. You can program the voltage display to show on the normal nav screen and/or another screen, such as the compass screen.

Having the voltmeter in the GPS effectively reduced the cost of the GPS.

I like to check the voltage once in awhile to make sure that the refrigerator has proper voltage supply.
