I have 2 questions, thanks in advance. I have an ABT Escape and would like to repack the bearings. It doesn't need bearings, it is only 1 year old and never pulled out of town, but I purchased it from another person and would like to know what the torque for the Castle nut on the axle should be or at least how do you know if you are tight enough or too tight. Also what PSI should I be running in the tires?

You don't torque the castle nut. A cotter pin keeps it in place. You tighten the nut with a wrench to a snug setting and spin the wheel to make sure that the bearings a squarely seated then back it off to a loose position; then run it down until it seats and put the cotter pin in. If you need to tighten it slightly to preload the bearings to get the cotter pin to line up, that is OK.
Also ok to back it off slightly from snug if the cotter pin alignment is right there.
Easy enough.
