That's exactly what I was going to say but since it would just be my opinion, I asked an engineer at one of the major trike companies about it. Here is his answer.

NO NO NO NO!!!!!! At this time all I know about the air bag bikes is the front sensors are momentum sensitive. this is great on a motorcycle. But with the trike when you turn the wheel we are no longer dealing with longitudinal G's but lateral G's this can possibly change the way the sensors react to the difference in steering aggressiveness. The air bag could launch and kill the engine in the middle of a corner (not a good scenario). At this time this is all the info I have received. There have only been 2 requests to trike an air bag bike (that I know of) so the demand is lower than some of the other projects we are working on.
