I bought a pakit rak years ago and no longer need this trailer and need to get it out of the garage.
2009 Americas Best Trailer
1 7/8 in hitch, flat 4 pin light connector, it has been pulled about 3,000 miles. The hitch and wheels have some rust but only cosmetic. It has a carpet like material on the sides and bottom.
I paid $1200 for it and will let it go for $400. Tires have plenty of tread and it pulls great behind a Wing. Local pickup in Cartersville GA.

I would think if you simply tilted it up that the tail light structure might be damaged. It sticks out from the back of the trailer.
You might be able to place 2 4x4's on the floor and tip it up on those keeping the light structure off the floor.

$400 is a fantastic deal for this trailer. It looks very similar to the ones made by MinitrailerUSA out of Vinita, OK, give or take the lid hinges.
