I have seen the aluminum spacer offered on e-bay to disable the anti dive unit on the gl1800. I own a cnc machine shop and will build one for myself, my question is how thick would the spacer need to be?? Your reply will be greatly appreciated.

7/32 drill bit and drill dead center. Works like a champ.

I've bought a few and I believe they are 1/8" thick. You will also need longer screws.

Not only is the eBay deal is a rip the guy claims it prevents oil seal damage. Obviously the seller does not know how the valve works or he would know better.

The nickle deal works every time and hey - it only costs a nickle ;)
