Ive got the bike torn down to replace some parts from when I dropped it last summer. There are two aluminum bars called cowl pipe. They are silver, about 8" long x 1/2" dia. One left and one right. They bolt to the frame just below the triple tree and run up diagonally to the inside of the top air vent just below the speaker. From looking at the parts fish, they appear to be identical. My right one has a definite bow to it. Can't tell if it is bent or suppose to be that way. Can't find a good pic in the manual either. If someone has there's open, could you take a look and see if it is suppose to be straight like the left one.

I had a bent one 2 years ago when I hit a dear. Missed it on my parts order so I just straightened it useing a soft hammer on a piece of wood. Worked out just fine.
