I was toying with the Idea of makeing a fairly thin pad that would sit on the seat and have the carbon or coil in it. Has anyone ever done/tried this?
I just dont have the time right now to take the seat apart, and it was 27F this AM when I left for work...
I was thinking this could get me through this year, and I don't have to worry about wrecking my stock seat.

nimo, That looks like a good start... but a little $$$$!

Ken, not a bad second use... but I'm also working on a DIY heated vest...
(seems all the commercial products are outside my $$ range, I save my money for gas!)
