Anyone from Columbia, SC????

I am riding to Daytona from Indiana next Tuesday. I am going to stop and visit my adopted daughter who is going to school at USC in Columbia.

I want to take her to dinner, but she has no vehicle. I can take an extra helmet with me, but what I was really wondering, is if anyone knows of a nice restaurant within walking distance of the college, or is there a good taxi cab service, and if so where is a good place to take her?

Sonny, take her to "California Dreaming", you can walk, it's just a few blocks. Or you are real close to lots of good restaurants in the " vista ". My compliments on her choice of schools.
South Carolina has No State helmet law. Sorry, can't help with any good places to eat in Columbia. You could do a Google search or maybe see what a GPS suggest. Good luck. Enjoy your visit with your daughter.
+1 for California Dreaming. It is right next to campus built in an old train station. Very neat and incredible salads. And tell your daughter, GO C0CKS!!
+ 2 on the California Dreamer

Now if she had picked Clemson there are a lot more choices of great restaurants to eat at
