Anyone know Bill Richards? He messaged me about the Trike 4 Sale on the FB Page. I am doing my 8th Incarceration in a FB Correctional Institution and can't answer him. Also can't find him in our Prowler Membership List so I did my best. The contact info on the Trike is Bill Taggart @ [email protected]. (not a Prowler) which is at the bottom of the FB post. Since "Good Behavior" is out of the question I'm back out 8/19.
