A riding buddy of mine just got a new bluetooth headset from Cingular called the Jawbone made by Aliph. It's supposed to have a new, military grade noise suppression technology that can distinguish speech from other sounds and even speech in the background and eliminate sounds other than the wearer's speech. It sounds like it'd be quite a nice deal for use on a bike for those of us who either don't wear helmets or wear half helmets only. I'm curious to know if anyone has tried one yet and what their thoughts were. Thanks! :D

Nope,
I have a couple of headsets. The one I like best is one made by cardo. This headset has a wind suppression circuit in it. So if you are on the bike or a covertible it suppresses that noise.

They make 3 model I have the Scala 500 and you can get it with an eyeglass clip

In addition the talk and standby time is longer than most.

I scored this one off of Amazon a month ago for about $32.00
