As soon as the weather warms up next spring, I'll be towing my new Aspen camper trailer to the national/state/provincial parks in Colorado, Montana, British Columbia and Alberta. Mosltly I'll be camping in developed public campgrounds.

Question for any who has experience with this: What do I do with the cooler and food? In the past I've towed a Bushtec and camped in a tent. I just made sure the tent was as far from the trailer as I could get it. Now I won't have that option.

Any ideas?

YOU MAKE A BEAR BAG. TIE A ROPE TO A BRANCH THAT WILL SUPPORT YOUR FOOD BUT NOT A BEAR  DO THIS AWAY FROM YOUR TENT.

I was in all lot of those parks you are talking about last summer on a two week ride. We were in Whistler, Banff, Jasper, Glacier, Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. every state or provicial park we stayed in had lock boxes for food and toiletry items. They are all very well prepared if they have a bear problem
