I recently purchased an Aspen trailer locally here in Minnesota.
The unit had a lock mechanism for the storage compartment but I never got a key from the PO.
Called the PO and he said that he never had a key either. So now what?
I called Aspen (aka Trailmaster), left a voice mail and I explained my situation, gave them the Vin # and asked I it was possible to get a key or a new lock?
They called me back and said they would ago look and see which key it was and then send me one which I could then make spares from.
Well the bottom line is they sent me a new key and it worked like a charm. Now I can make my spares for just in case.
Thanks to Aspen for great customer service and helping me out in my time of need.

That's why you do business with people like Aspen. Great people with a great product that want to help you when you need it.

Can't say enough about these guys.

** I have a cheap trailer, that doesn't even have lock**
