I don't see a lot mentioned about the Audio Unit buttons (AM, FM, CD etc). When it comes to a button not working are they similar to the Hazard button and the mute button that require cleaning and re-lub from time to time? Are these switch in the Audio unit easy to get to like just removing a back cover to get to the screws holding a button to the unit?

Often times a bit of sand or dirt will get into one of the buttons and jam it. Then none of the buttons wil work. Sometimes you can blow it out genty with air pressure. To remove the buttons you have to take off the top shelter. Flip it over and it is apparent how to remove the radio. Take the screws out of the radio and it all comes apart. Very easy to open and put back together. No small springs flying or small parts. Nothing to lube.
