I hear last year autocom had a half price sale at the end of the year to get rid of years products before 2006 release.

Has anyone heard of a similar sale this year?

I am looking at the pro avi and wonder if I should wait and 1) see if it goes half price or 2) see what may be offered in 2007. I wonder if any changes are on the horizon.

I would imagine that they had the sale in 2005 because of the 2006 Pro AVI coming out. My guess is that unless they have a new model coming out again next year (2007), there won't be a 50% off sale.

I bought mine at 1/2 price last year. For what you get, 1/2 price is still a little high, IMHO.
