How old are most of you guys?? :)
One of my buddies asked me if my wing came with a cane.. I thought that was kinda funny. I replied.. to him, try to keep up with your HD...

Well, I guess this has been around the block a few times, but I haven't seen it before....some application to the question...

Top 10 Reasons Gold Wing Riders don't "wave back"

10) Wasn't sure whether other rider was waving or making an obscene
gesture

9) Afraid might get frostbite if hand is removed from heated grip

8) Has arthritis and the past 400 miles have made it difficult to raise
arm

7) Reflection from etched windshield momentarily blinded him

6) The espresso machine just finished

5) Was actually asleep when other rider waved

4) Was in a three-way conference call with stockbroker and accessories
dealer

3) Was distracted by odd shaped blip on radar screen

2) Was simultaneously adjusting the air suspension, seat height,
programmable CD player, seat temperature and satellite navigation
system

1) Couldn't find the "auto wave back" button on dashboard

Be careful what you ask for, across the street from me is a V-rod and it is a very nice scooter. I bought my wing when I was forty, get younger every time I get on the bike. As a matter of fact the FJR makes me act down right juvenile.

I'll be turning the big double-nickel in October. This is my 6th year of riding and have had my Wing since March. And I'll keep on going 'til I'm too old to ride anymore and too blind to see.

I used to ride my dad's GL1100 to high school... Had a GL500 during college and rode that bike between Lubbock, TX & Grand Rapids, MI.

Bought my first 1500 when I was 36, and just bought my first 1800 this year.

I'm 41. :)

46 here. Guaranteed my Harley has no problem keeping up with the Wing, even without the chip, intake and exhaust work. It even starts every time and doesn't leak!
