What is the best (cheapest, I'm a BMW rider) method to connect the Honda sound and GPS to my Senas?

Can't say they are the cheapest but mine works great:
W/O CB radio - Sena SM10 (Can connect 2 headsets and listen to Winfs audio output) Will need the cable mentioned by rufasim, above.
W/ CB radio - Sena Freewire (Will only connect to one headset. Can talk on CB and listen to audio output of Wing)

Cheaper way rather than sena sm10 is to find a Bluetooth transmitter for about usd25 on Amazon and feed it with an audio cable from the stock headset output.

Then pair this audio device with your sena headsets.
