Here's a silly little fact:

All sentences that have been commuted to date by the current President Bush were on drug-related charges except one; Scooter Libby. Libby's were; Obstruction of justice, Perjury and making False Statements.

Another fact. Bush is not a big fan of Presidential pardons. His predecessors, Bush 1 and Clinton pardoned many more than Bush 2
