I'm going to attempt to change my own Fluids. Went to the Honda dealer today and ask for brake and clutch fluid. They gave me NAPA Dot 4 and said they use this for both.

Is that right? I asked about OEM fluids and they said they didn't sell them.

My bible says DOT 4 or DOT 5. Went ahead with the DOT 4 since I couldn't find any 5. :?

Take another look at your service " Bible". There should be "no" mention of DOT5 in there. DOT 5 will cause the brake system to self destruct if mixed with Dot 3 or 4. :( DOT5 is a silicone fluid.

 You are right Red, the manual actually says Dot 3 or 4. I think I read "Dot 5" in a previous post. My bad :!:
