Hey guys I bought a 01 1800 goldwing the guy I bought it from said he put new brakes on it but the rear brake does not work what so ever does anyone have a video or and input on where I can start

Sounds like a bad brake job. I would check the rear brake master cylinder for brake fluid. You did not check the brakes before you bought it?

Hopefully the line just need bleeding, but because this has a linked system without the shop manual I can't tell you the exact bleeding order.

What does the rear brake peddle feel like ??? Does the peddle feel consistent, or does it fade, or does it have any resistant at all ???

Miles on the ODM ???

Here is the sequence. Do a complete bleed and see what happens.

Make sure the rear pads are installed and seated correctly and that the rear caliper is operating.
