In my life, I have always found it interesting, the varied opinions of “breaking in” a new ___ . No matter what the manufacturer of the ___ states about the “break in process. The opinions formed are as varied as they are with types of oil, best windshield, highest mileage tires, etc.

my break in method of a new (mechanical) item has always been as described by the manufacture. On the other hand, a buddy of mine has always been the fast and furious type. Cannot really say either method has proven more reliable
