True story, no B.S.
Many years ago, I worked as a mechanic at a tire shop. Guy comes in and asks if we can repair his flat. To which my manager promply states, "Only if it's flat on the bottom".
The guy turns around and was half way out the door before he figures it out. We all laugh (including the customer), and take care of him immediately.

UPS delivery folks are going to love this Sale. Right on top of there heavy season.
Bet my guy will have to make a special trip with my orders.
He has a small truck and it is filled to the brim on normal days.
Can't wait to hear him bitch at me...LOL
