Cardo Boldtalk Music Volume Too Low

Are you saying BOTH units are paired to YOUR phone and the BIKE? If that is the case, THAT might be your problem.

I suggest you UNPAIR ONE HEADSET from the bike, then see how it works. If no change, UNPAIR that headset from the phone. See what that does.

I am not sure the headsets are designed to be paired to the same things.

Is your phone paired to your bike?

If so, delete the pairing between the Cardo and the phone. See how that works.

You shouldn't need the Cardo/phone pairing since you have the phone/bike pairing. As long as the Cardo is paired with the bike, it is then also paired to the phone. Having the direct Cardo/phone pair may be the problem.

Notice when I shut one of the headsets down the music volume will go loud on the other unit where I have to use the thumb wheel to lower volume. Bring them in together very low music volume, I mean low on both.
That tells me there is a pairing conflict somewhere. If they work independently, but volume is low when both on, that is what happens when the intercom operates...volume is cut.

Do what I suggested above and see if that solves the problem.
