This morning at WaWa, I watched a guy change his car tire on his car. Below are the first three steps I would have done. He skipped all 3 steps. Fortunately he had a claw hammer to hammer his jack out from under his car. I'll let your imagination run wilds on why these steps are important.

1. be on a flat surface
2. put the vehicle in park, set the e-brake, and turn the ignition switch and headlamps to the off position
3. crack loose all lug-nuts

His battery went dead too :)
