I just prchased a Gl1800 with Cobra Exhaust on it.. It came with some baffles..
How do you install them??

Not sure ... but that might be the exhaust system that excessivly heats things in the side compartments. Just a word of caution.

The center bolt is the key.

You need another same bolt about an inch longer. Should be with the baffles.

They are hard to fit and get lined up, sanding the outside of them helps, a piece of all thread in the center hole also helps to line them up, then you just put the tip back on and bolt it all together.

I forget what size the bolt thread is, been awhile. At least that is how they work on other bikes. Not sure about the Wing, but the design would likely be the same.
