Here is the barrier strip & jumper from Radio Shack. You may be able to mount the E.C. ground block in the same manner.

I mounted it to a plastic divider from a 3-ring binder, attached to the battery bracket.
The divider is cut to fit in front of the battery and a tab is formed at the bottom of the divider to match the tab on the battery bracket.
The divider is then notched to slide behind the rubber button at the center of the bracket.
The ends with the mounting holes are cut off of the barrier strip and double-sided tape is used to attach it to the plastic divider.
The divider with the buss mounted will detach from the bracket and swing up to remove the battery without disconnecting any lugs from the buss.
