I had just posted this on the General board but wanted to post here as well, I just purchased these and tried them out last weekend, it was 93-95 most of the day and I stayed very comfortable all day, just a tip but they are well worth the money. The vest will last about 3 hours and the neck tie almost all day.

Poor Man's Option

I've soaked a Tee-shirt at a pit stop a many a time. Similar effect. But no extra cost or extra equipment to remember to pack.
