I have a gently used Craftsman motorcycle jack that is 1500 lb capable. I have used this for maintenance on a 2012 Honda Goldwing GL1800 which weighs over 900 lbs with gear in trunk and bags. It can also be used as a primary or secondary jack for maintenance on autos, like tire rotation, brake work, etc, or for just moving heavy items (motors, transmissions, etc) around a garage. This jack retails for $180 to $200. You can find picture and description below.
