Has anyone had any experience using this type of motorcycle loader to load their Goldwing in the back of a truck?

Yikes...I would not even want that kind of load on the tailgate. Here is another type that I have been considering. Costs a little more but may be a little stronger. I have seen a couple of these used for $1800. I haven't seen either one of these types up close.

There's actually little or no weight on the tailgate, as the lift frame is solidly mounted to the bed/chasis, which takes all the load, similar to a fifth-wheel hitch system. There may be a little weight on the tailgate due to flex in the lift frams, but basically, this is a very solid system. I've seen it demoed several times, and it really does the job nicely.Yikes...I would not even want that kind of load on the tailgate.
My thoughts also. Was wondering if I got one of these..... http://www.condor-lift.com/product.asp?ItemID=1010 . Get a winch from Harbor Freight, and a ramp and some angle iron, if I could make something for less the half the cost?Looks like it would work...but OUCH!!!...on the price!!!
Ah...looking at it again, I see what you are talking about. There's actually little or no weight on the tailgate...
I built this loader to haul my bike from Canada to Yuma, Az.
It works fine but I have to leave the tailgate at home.
It has a filler section to make a flat deck for the garden tractor or anything else that fits.
The rails slide under the bike and are held by a couple of pins for travel. The battery rides on the dolly with the bike.
I hope this link works.
