I've asked this question before but not received a response. Perhaps this time I will be more fortunate.

I want to darkside my bike but have not found a shop that will install a CT on my rim. Does anybody know of a reputable bike in the San Francisco Bay Area that will install and balance a CT without damaging the rims or TPMS?

Installing my own tires is not an option at this time.

At Meridian Ave and Parkmoor Ave just off 280 in San Jose. Independent shop behind Cycle Gear will take off Motorcycle tire, and next door Big O will put on Car Tire. Independent will balance for you or put in dyna beads yourself.
