We've been in the embroidery business nearly 13 years and I can tell you that to have a patch like that digitized (pattern made) and sewn will cost you A LOT. You could easily be looking in the $200+ range since creating the design is based on its complexity and # of stitches, and the embroidery is based on the # of stitches.

This is the guy we've used for years to create our designs and he does great work and is reasonably priced. Send him a .jpeg of the picture and size you want and he'll give you a quote (or range) w/o any obligations. Easy guy to do business with.
