Has anyone tried mounting driving lights in the cowl with this type of bracket? Really like these lights and it would be awesome if I could get them mounted up. Thanks!

These should work for you. its the same design. However, you might need to modify a bit and shim it. Also, you can find stock Aluminum at Home Depot/Lowes to make your own. I would add a star lock washers to keep all hardware in place. Nice project to do. The Rivco bracket provided makes installing the kit quickly. All OEM mountings come out. A guy in my group had installed them.

I mounted some that were similar. It took a while to design and make the $2 bracket to mount the $29/pair lights.

Nice !!! I saw these lights on SUPERBRIGHTLED.COM. What's the brightness/lumens on these? Its hard to see the rim around, put some foam in the cavity, if haven't done so.

I had to look them up, but they’re advertised as 12w and 1200 lumens. I’ve put them on 3 of my bikes for visibility mostly. I had under mirror lights to do the heavy lifting.

What brackets are you using for those lights? I’ve looked at the Denali bracket and the bracket on wingstuff. Haven’t decided on one though. I like the simplicity of the Denali bracket. But that doesn’t always make it the best choice. 🤷🏻

I think the OP is looking at these lights. Long Range Optimus LED Auxiliary light Round-CIL-OPR110 (cyclopsadventuresports.com)
Price has gone up since I bought them for my GS. I did line up next to a buddy with clearview lights. Very close in performance for 1/3 the price at the time. I liked the 10/20 degree combo.
I have the Honda OEM foglights on my wing and IMO they are pretty much a decoration and useless.
