How does one delete a post they started? Its been awhile since I have deleted my own post.

I do not see a delete post option under edit.

I don't think you can, but I am not sure. I have seen other posts that were empty, so I think you can delete the text but not the actual post.

Opps - I correct myself. Click EDIT and then there is a DELETE button.

Yea, I do not see the delete option on my screen when I press edit.

Guess some times it shows, and some times it does not.

I thought I had that option at one time too.

O-well, world is still good to me.

You don't see it on any posts.. even the one above? Maybe the option disappears after the post has been there awhile? Sorry, not much help, just guessing.

Click on the report post icon and ask a moderator to delete it......I think that's how it works since they removed the delete feature...

iirc, delete ability depends on if it is a response or if it is a post starting a new thread.

(if it's starting a new thread, probably requires a moderator)


(for example, the delete option shows when I re-open this post for editing)
