I've recently noticed a distinct difference on the amount of wind I get on my hands when I'm riding. I have REG risers installed and swung out and forward to the maximum and have after market (Baker or Tulsa) hand wings installed on the bottom of each mirror. I added the risers while the wind wings were there when I bought the bike. I've checked to make sure the wings are each fully closed.

My left hand is completely blocked from the wind when the wings are closed while the right one still gets a fairly constant amount of wind on it. I'm sure it's less than I'd get without the wind wings but it's more than enough to make a difference on a long ride in cold weather.

Any suggestions as to what to do, what to check, what to change or where to go from here? Thanks! :D

The wind you're getting on your right hand might not be coming around the windshield at all. Is there a stiff breeze coming up around the fork that's somehow being directed to your hand?
That's the first thing that comes to mind.
