I always find "unexpected disappointments" with aftermarket accessories. Often, the disappointments are not discovered at first. In this case, I installed Polk db501's passenger speakers 3 years ago, and am in the process of replacing them when I find cracks.

disappointments:

- short life, they only lasted 3 years before no more sound

- their weight has cracked all 8 mount holes in their armrests
