It is to bad that your statement is needed. This world is full of those that do not take responsibility for their actions. I for one and I think a lot of others thank you for your efforts to get this "event" up and running.
Welcome to America!! "Deep pockets" lawsuits must be global? We have an attorney running ads offering to sue the gov't for putting up road warning signs!Loren,
here in canada he may just be responsible for someone drinking too many umbrellas, You have the right to sue the bar, the bartender, the bar owners, the waitress and the event organizer if you meet at the bar for dinner. Thank the lawyers for this. I say this as all the judges in canada are also lawyers that have been called to the bench. It really is a sad state of affairs but there is even a thread on this site about stupid lawsuits after the 80 year old spilt her hot coffee from macdonalds in her lap while she was driving :wrong:
:wrong:....  :lol:what if someone drinks too many umbrella bevarages, and falls off his bike
are you responsible for that??
Add to that list the host/hostess of a house party. You have the right to sue the bar, the bartender, the bar owners, the waitress and the event organizer

+1 ME TOO :coffee1:As far as I am concerned, I am going to the smokies to meet up with a some fellow wing riders to eat BBQ and ride my Goldwing. I expect nothing from no one.
I suppose you do have to watch out for those road signs. Why do they put them up there anyway? For sure they block the vision of the person yapping on the cell phone and that pigeon flying towards the windshield was hid and made me run off the road.Welcome to America!!
