Thanks Hal, RC is another hobby of mine :lol: Started in the 50's with the old escapement system. 8)

I have seen the B52 video before and that is probably the most amazing RC airplane I have ever seen. A shame if he lost it.

Hal,

Those gas turbines are for real . They will turn in the 150,000 RPM region, They are identical to the larger ones in form and operation. We have a lot of guys from here and also Durango, Colorado who fly those things. probably ten guys and they have a lot of turbine engines. I some times get up early on Sundays and go to the Aztec airport, they have one whole runway to fly the models on. (and me to run GL-1800 up n down) . Very interesting to watch these guys knowing that a crash will cost upward of 5 grand. Fun though !!
