That one guy has a sturdy looking baseball cap on. And at the speeds they get up to in the middle of the crowded streets of Vietnam, that's about all you need.

Check out the one of the guy carrying ice. He has rebar mounted on it so it can't tip over.

I'm not sure what the one guy's actually carrying. It appears to be EGGS!! And, a few hundred at that. Now, I know what a flat of large or x-large eggs weigh. So, what he "appears" to be carrying, not sure if that's real or not.
