Will a F6B windshield work on a 2006 Wing? Looks like it will, but wont move up and down.

I have not tried to mount one but I have a clear view from an f6b and it has slots cut into it stock shield just has the round holes. But the slots in stock shield and slots in clear view are not the same in length. I am thinkng one time I read where someone used a GL1800 windshield on an F6B but using small fender washers to hold in place.

I have a Madstad shield that was on my F6B and is now on my 15 Wing. It mounts just fine but as you know it will NOT be adjustable.
